Bram Lagrou – Managing Director
Prior to his move to Australia in March 2010, Bram was a Business Leader of a leading manufacturing corporation with distributors in over 60 countries.
In his role of Regional European Sales Manager of a Fortune 500 Company, he lead 38 teams across 15 countries. As a Change Facilitator, Bram assists SMEs, not-for-profit organisations, Top 200 Companies in Australia and multinationals to develop high performance workplaces, notably in the areas of leadership and sales.
In his spare time, Bram enjoys surfing, exploring the Outback, traveling, entertaining friends and watching Aussie rules football.
Bozena Holt – Executive Assistant
Bozena is the go-to person for executives who want to liaise with the Lagrou Partners head office and the Managing Director.
She is great to talk to over the phone. You will meet Bozena during our live events as part of our customer service team.
Andrea Lagrou – Marketing & Events Support
Priorities change with family expansion. Andrea has stepped down from her role of Customer Service Director so she can work part-time, study, and look after her son. In her role of Marketing Support, Andrea liaises with clients and assists our team with a variety of value-adding events. Call it out-bound marketing and event coordination. Occasionally you will also get the pleasure to meet Andrea during a networking function.
Natalie Johansen – Executive Advisor
Natalie is a social butterfly who loves assisting people. She sits down with individuals and teams to find the right fit of programs for them. A mother of two gorgeous kids, she has a track record in hospitality and is studying to become a life coach and a wedding celebrant, so that she can help more people find true happiness within themselves and their relationship. You will meet Natalie during our live events.
